In 1927 W.J. Blauw printed in Amsterdam a book of Franz von Schooten (Schottus, Franciscus) having a very similar title.  http://www.bo.astro.it/~biblio/nuova-biblio/bib-antica/schedpro.html  http://ub.uni-graz.at/sosa/UnbekBiblio.html May be this is the second edition of the same book by Joannes and Cornelius Blaeu. Blaeu could be latin transcript of Blauw  http://www.math.uu.nl/people/hogend/litlijst.html
