"In a cylindrical type of calculating machine having a totalizer carriage 4, which is moved axially to disengage the actuating means 21 be- fore being rotated to the next denomination, slots 13 provided at the outer rim 14 of the machine casing for guiding tens transfer members 11, are adapted to act as abutments or locating notches for a stop or lug 15 on the totalizer carriage 4, and the outer rim itself acts as a support for the totalizer carriage. ..."
